摘要 将31例传统分类的肺支气管类癌、小细胞癌纳入一类——肺神经内分泌肿瘤(Neuroendocrine tumor,NE瘤),对其进行分级和形态定量研究。结果显示肺神经内分泌肿瘤从高分化至低分化的系列变化而成为一谱,其中典型的类癌和燕麦样小细胞癌处于谱之两端,代表高分化和最低分化。其分级可反映肺神经内分泌肿瘤的恶性程度,有助于估计预后。肺神经内分泌肿瘤的诊断和分级仍应以光镜为主,但图象分析为肺神经内分泌肿瘤的分级和鉴别诊断提供了更精确的佐证。 Pulmonary carcinoid and small cell carcinoma were classified as pulmonary neuroendocrine (NE) tumors. Thirty-one cases of NE tumors were examined and graded by light microscopy and further identified by morphometrio analysis which offers an accurate measure for grading and helps in differential diagnosis. Results revealed that pulmonary neuroendocrine tumors show a spectrum of changes from well-differentiated to poorly-differentiated. Oarcinoids and small cell carcinoma lie on opposite ends of the spectrum.Caroinoids are highly differentiated, the grading reflects its degree of malignancy in pulmonary neuroendocrine tumors, and is prognostioally significant.
