摘要
收缴学费难是高等院校尤其是地方院校存在的现实难题。学生拖欠学费的原因各不相同,其行为也呈现多样性。对此,应该在宣传教育、制度建设、扶贫助困、学生管理等方面采取有效措施。
The difficulty in collecting tuition exists in the higher learning institutes, especially in the local colleges. The reasons why students are in arrears with tuition are different their behaviors are various. So it is necessary to take effective measures in the respects of publicity and education, the building of system, aiding the poor and management of students.
