摘要
目的 :为提高我国制药企业的竞争力提供参考。方法 :运用国际化经营与战略管理的原理和研究方法分析我国制药企业国际化经营的现状与优劣势 ,并提出国际化经营的策略。结果与结论 :我国制药企业面临着国际化经营的机遇与挑战 ,只有通过合理、集约、集群和国际化经营 。
OBJECTIVE:To provide reference material for improving the competitive capacity of pharmaceutical enterˉprises in China.METHODS:Using the general principle of internationized management theory,the present situation,superiority and inferiority of China's pharmaceutical enterprises in management were analysed,and the strategy of internationized manˉagement was put forward.RESULTS&CONCLUSION:China's pharmaceutical enterprises are facing opportunity and chalˉlenge,only through rational,large-scaled,concentrated and internationized management can their market competitive power be raised.
