摘要
本文通过对广西城市和农村居民疾病构成比进行比较 ,及对广西城市和农村居民疾病谱的现状进行分析评价 ,提出如下对策 :高度重视社区卫生服务 ,加大全科医生的培养力度 ;加大公共卫生设施建设力度 ;切实解决农民的基本医疗保健 ;调整卫生资源存量 ,优化卫生资源增量。
The thesis compared the proportion of the diseases in urban and rural areas,analyzed the diseases spectrum in both areas,and put forward the following policies:to pay high attention to community health services,to cultivate more general practitioners,to construct more public health establishments,to solve the issues related to the basic medical care for the rural people as well as to adjust the storage quantity of the health resource and optimize increasing number of the health resources.
