摘要
目的:测算军队疗养标准需要量。方法:采用专家评议法。结果:专家意见较一致,制定了不同职别干部疗养时间方 案,明确各职级健康疗养和康复疗养比例,测算全军年标准疗养需要量为××人,××床位日。结论:根据疗养专家的意见来 确定疗养时间,并测算标准疗养需要量,有现实意义。
Objective:To calculate the requirement intensity of military recuperation. Methods: The requirements of recuperation were calculated with expert assessment. Results: Expert opinions were identical in recuperation scheme of military cadres in different positions. Proportions of healthy recuperation and rehabilitative recuperation of each position were established. The total demands of military health care resources was × × person-times or × × days. Conclusion: It is practical to make recuperation scheme and calculate the requirement intensity of military recuperation with expert opinion.
