摘要 [目的 ]探讨单平面动态肝动脉造影CT对肝脏多血性肝细胞癌与转移性肝癌的诊断价值 .[方法 ]对 18例多血性肝细胞癌以及 10例转移性肝癌行单平面动态肝动脉造影CT ,分析其时间 强度曲线 .[结果 ]肝细胞癌到达高峰的时间为 9~ 14s ,峰值在 152 4~ 43 0 2HU之间 ,而转移性肝癌到达高峰的时间为 9~ 16s ,峰值在 14 0 8~ 3 0 9 6HU之间 .计算肝细胞癌组及转移性肝癌组强化速率 ,两者相比有统计学意义 .在肝细胞癌扫描结束时 ,肿瘤内部CT值在 63 5~ 198 8HU之间 ,从到达峰值到扫描结束的时间为 16~ 2 1s ,而转移性肝癌扫描结束时 ,肿瘤内部CT值在 89 2~ 2 3 4 8HU之间 ,峰值到扫描结束的时间为 14~ 2 1s ,计算衰减速率 ,结果有统计学意义 .[结论 OBJECTIVE?To analyze the time intensity cu rve in the more blood hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and metastatic liver tumor by the computed tomography hepatic arteriography(SD-CTHA).?METHODS?The SD-CTHA was performed in 18 cases of more blood HCC and 10 cases of metastatic liver tumors to be analyzed the time-intensity curve.?R ESUL TS? The high peak time of HCC was for 9~14?s, and the peak value for 152 4~430 2?HU, while the high peak time of metastatic liver tumors for 9~1 6?s, and peak value for 140 8~309 6?HU, and the mean enhancement rate was c ompared by Mann-Whitney method. The CT value of tumor center was for 63 5~198 8?HU, the peak value for 16~21?s at the end of HCC scan, whereas the CT val ue of tumor center for 89 2~234 8?HU, peak value for 14~21?s in metastatic liver tumors, and the mean decline rate was calculated.?CONCLUSION?The SD-CTHA between more blood HCC and metastatic liver tumors ha s the value of diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
