摘要
目的:观察在运动状态下针刺体穴对正常人脑代谢与功能的影响。方法:对6名正常受试者在脑运动激活下行PET扫描,再行针刺加运动后扫描。利用SPM分析软件行分组t检验处理。结果:左侧中央前回、右侧旁中央小叶、额内侧回、双侧小脑、壳核等神经元细胞葡萄糖代谢发生了改变。结论:针刺通过对脑功能的调节实现其对肢体运动功能、镇痛等的调节。
Objective To observe the influence of acupuncture on cerebral function activities in normal human subjects with PET. Methods PET imaging of the cerebral function activities were carried out in 6 normal subjects during finger movements without acupuncture, and then PET imaging was attained after acupuncture. SPM analysis software was used for t-test between groups. Results There was changes of glycometabolism in left gyrus precentralis, rigth loblus paracen-tralis, right gyrus frontalis medialis, both cerebellums, and both putamens. Conclusion Acupuncture regulates the motor function of limbs and analgesic effect via cerebral functions.
