摘要
目的:探讨温通针法治疗急性心肌缺血损伤的机理。方法:选健康Wistar大鼠80只,随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、温通针法组、平补平泻针法组。以血清及心肌组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和血清及心肌组织丙二醛(MDA)的含量为效应指标。结果:针刺可明显提高血清及心肌组织SOD的活性,降低血清及心肌组织MDA的含量。且温通针法与平补平泻针法二者相比,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:温通针法可显著地减轻自由基对心肌组织的损伤程度。
Objective To explore the mechanism of warming-promoting needling method for treatment of acute myocardial ischemia. Methods 80 healthy rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model control group, warming-promoting needling group and uniform reinforcing-reducing group. Superoxide dismutase (SOD) activities and malondialdehyde (MDA) contents in serum and myocardial tissue were determined. Results Acupuncture could significantly increase SOD activities and decrease MDA contents in serum and myocardial tissue, with a very significant difference between the warming-promoting needling method and uniform reinforcing-reducing method (P<0.01). Conclusion The warming-promoting needling method can significantly reduce the myocardial lesion induced by free radicals.
