摘要
研究了培养基中分别加入Ca2 + 、Mg2 + 和Zn2 + 对培养日本对虾肝胰腺细胞的影响 ,以测定细胞的RNA DNA值作为评价指标。当Ca2 + 浓度为 1g L时 ,细胞生长最好 ;本实验中随Mg2 + 浓度的增加 ,培养的日本对虾肝胰腺细胞的RNA DNA值也升高 ;当Zn2 + 浓度为 80 μg L时 ,其RNA DNA值最高 ;培养基中混合加入Ca2 + 和Mg2 + 有助于细胞贴壁生长。
The effects of metal ions on the cultured cells from hepatopancreas of Penaeus japonicus was probed through the RNA/DNA ratio of the cultured cells. The cells grew best when the addition of Ca 2+ was 1?g/L;the RNA/DNA ratio of cultured cells raised following the increasing of the addi-tion of Mg 2+;the RNA/DNA ratio of cultured cells reached the maximum when the addition of Zn 2+ was 80?μg/L. The attachment of cultured cells was enhanced with the adding of Ca 2+ and Mg 2+ at the same time.
