A clinical study on the combined isokinetic training of patients with traumatic brain injury

摘要 目的:研究等速训练对颅脑损伤住院病人综合康复治疗的效果及影响因素。方法:对住院的56例颅脑损伤病人进行等速训练等综合康复治疗,采用日常生活能力(ADL)、简易精神状态检查表(MMSE)等评定疗效并进行统计学分析。结果:等速训练等综合康复治疗后患者ADL评分由治疗前的47.93±32.22,升至治疗后的62.86±37.29;MMSE由治疗前9.21±8.10,升至治疗后15.41±11.02;治疗前后比较P<0.01,而且恢复程度与GCS评分及康复治疗时间呈显著正相关,GCS评分高、接受训练的时间长、效果好。结论:等速训练是颅脑损伤患者功能恢复的一种有效而相对安全的治疗手段。 Objective:To investigate the outcome and the influence factors of the combined isokinetic training on the inpatients with traumatic brain injury.Method:Fifty-six inpatients with traumatic brain injury were treated by combined isokinetic training. The effect was assessed with ability of daily living(ADL), mini-mental status examination (MMSE) before and after the treatment ,and the results were analyzed statistically.Result:ADL and MMSE of the patients were improved obviously after the treatment. Recovery of ADL and MMSE was influenced mainly by GCS, treatment time and MMSE was influenced mainly by GCS and course of injury.Conclusion:Isokinetic training on the patients with traumatic brain injury is effective and safe to the functional outcome.
