摘要
目的:研究不同训练方案的实施对武警战士有氧代谢能力的影响,为有针对性的选择训练方案提供理论和实践支持。方法:选择某2003年新训战士120名,单纯随机分为两组,每组60名,实验组进行持续跑和间歇跑交叉训练,对照组进行持续跑。检测定量负荷前后身体功能和生理生化指标:以亚极量踏阶运动间接法测定最大摄氧量(VO2max),用岛津UV-2100分光光度计(日产)和PE3000遥测心率仪(芬兰)分别测定各组间定量负荷后(2800m跑)不同阶段的血乳酸和心率变化,对检测结果进行统计分析。结果:阶段性训练后,实验组和对照组VO2max犤mL/(kg·min)〗分别为56.0±4.6和53±3.3,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01);定量负荷后,实验组的血乳酸(mmol/L)和心率(次/分)均低于对照组(血乳酸:6.8±1.1和7.9±1.6,P<0.01;心率:169.81±5.88和176.68±8.22,P<0.01);负荷后的恢复期,实验组的指标变化情况优于对照组(血乳酸:4.9±0.8和6.0±1.1,P<0.01;心率:144.31±9.09~91.90±8.54和151.4±10.85~96.18±7.43,P<0.05~0.01)。结论:持续跑和间歇跑的交叉训练方案对提高战士有氧代谢能力有显著效果,定量负荷后的生理生化指标的变化能够反映机体的有氧运动能力。
AIM:To study the effect of different training methods on the aerobic capacity in armed-police soldiers,and provide theoretical and practical support for sele cting training method effectively. METHODS: 120 new soldier(joined in 2003) were ramdomly divided into 2 groups, 60 in each.The test group had a training with constant and interval running,the control group selected the constant running.The physical functioning index and p hysiological and biochemical indice were measured before and after the quantitat ive load:the maximal oxygen consumption(max) was measured with sub maximal stepp ing-stool exercise by indirect calculation ,heart rate and serum lactic acid of different stages after quantitative load(2 800 m run) were measured respectivel y with Daojin UV-2100 spectrophotometer(made in Japan) and PE3000 distant heart rate meter(Finland). Statistical analysis was made to the results. RESULTS:After the stage training,the max VO2[mL/(kg·min)] of test group[(56.0 3±4.64 ml/(kg·min)]was higher than that of control group[(53.03±3.33)mL/(kg· min)].After quantitative load, the results suggested that the serum lactic acid (mmol/L)and heart rate(times/min) of test group were lower than that of contro l group(serum lactic acid:4.9±0.8 and 6.0±1.1,P< 0.01;heart rate: 169.81±5.8 8 and 176.68±8.22,(P< 0.01).During the recovery after load,the changes of inde xes in the test group were better than that in the control group(serum lactic ac id:4.9±0.8 and 6.0±1.1,P< 0.01;heart rate:144.31±9.09-91.90±8.54 and 151. 4±10.85-96.18±7.43,P< 0.05-0.01).
