摘要
为探讨骨舒合剂对激素性股骨头坏死的治疗作用 ,将 30只家兔随机分为正常组、模型组、骨舒组及丹参组。除正常组外 ,其余各组家兔臀肌注射醋酸氢化泼尼松注射液 ,同时给予普通饲料和特殊饲料喂养。连续 10周后 ,取股骨头及血清 ,分别做扫描电镜和检测血清胆固醇、甘油三脂及全血黏度。结果显示骨舒合剂能明显改善股骨头内血管损伤及脂蛋白代谢紊乱和全血黏度。因此 ,说明骨舒合剂对激素性股骨头坏死的早期防治具有一定的作用。
In order to study the therapeutic effect of 'GUSHU HEJI' (GSH, a TCD preparation) on hormonal ischemic necrosis of femoral head (HINFH), 30 rabbits were randomly divided into four groups: the normal (N), the modeled, the GSH and the Salviae Miltiorrhizae (SM). Except for N group, the rest groups were given intra-muscular injection of Hydroprednisone, and ordinary and special feed at the same time. Ten weeks later, the femoral heads and serums were taken for electronic microscopy scanning; and the cholesterols, triglycerides and whole blood viscosities were determined. The results showed that GSH could obviously improve the blood vessel injury and lipoprotein metabolic disorder in the femoral head and whole blood viscosity, indicating that GSH has a certain preventive and therapeutic effect on HINFH.
