摘要
研究了黑木耳液体菌种最佳生产配方和最适生产条件。结果表明 :黑木耳深层发酵培养液碳源以葡萄糖为最好 ;氮源以 8%麸皮汁为最好 ,其次为 0 10 %~0 15 %的蛋白胨 ;微量元素含量为 0 1%~ 0 3%的KH2 PO4,0 1%~ 0 15 %MgSO4;pH值 5 0~ 6 0 ;摇瓶装量 5 0~ 70ml/ 2 5 0ml三角瓶 ;摇床转数 14 0r/min。培养基正交实验结果表明最佳培养基配方为葡萄糖 3% ,麦麸汁8% ,KH2 PO40 1% ,MgSO40 15 % ,土豆汁 2 0 % ,VB10 0 1%。
To produce and apply the liquid strain of Auricularia auricula,we have selected suitable component of culture medium in carbon,nitrogen,trace element,pH,and selected suitable fermentative conditions such as time,rotation speed of shaker,liquid capacity,the form of strain,reduction sugar,total sugar and amino-nitrogen,et al.And using analytical technique of four factors test statistics,the results show that the most suitable composition of Auricularia auricula submerged culture medium is as follow:3.0% glucose,8% wheat bran,0.1% KH_2PO_4,0.15% MgSO_4;pH?5.0~6.0;liquid capacity 50-70ml/100ml bottle;shaker rotation speed 140r/min.The end of fermentation is 5~6 days(Slope strain)and 64-72h(liquid special strain).
