摘要
以小试和中试条件为依据 ,研究了防老剂 4 0 2 0 [N - (1,3-二甲基丁基 ) -N'-苯基对苯二胺 ]的工业生产新工艺。以对氨基苯酚、甲基异丁基酮、甲酸和苯胺为原料 ,用三步法在常压下合成了防老剂 4 0 2 0。优化的工艺是用 3台反应釜并联 ,差时 1/3个生产周期分别开工 ,用 1台同容积的蒸馏釜与之配套 ,并在 4台釜中都装有冷却蛇管。该工艺设备投资低 ,生产用时短 ,产物收率达 90 .1%。
The industrial production of new process for synthesizing antioxidant 4020 was investigated based on the bench test and pilot test. The antioxidant 4020 was synthesized with p-aminophenol,methyl isobutyl ketone,formic acid,aniline as raw materials under normal pressure by the three-stage process.The optimized process was that the three reactors were connected in parallel,started with one third production cycle difference respectively,matched with a same volume distillation still, and fitted cooling coil in each reactor.The process was low cost in equipments,short in production time,the product yield was 90.1%.
