摘要
建立了三维定位误差影响加工精度的数学模型。运用矩阵计算法对工件的定位误差进行了计算 ,并分析了 3种典型定位方式下夹具加工工件的定位误差。用实例分析了一面两销定位下工件的定位误差。此数学模型可用于计算机辅助夹具设计的后续精度评价。
A mathematical model on the influence of three-dimensional locating upon machining accuracy is established. Matrix method is employed to calculate the locating error of a part. The locating errors of a machining part located in a fixture using 3 typical locating methods are presented. The locating error of a part located by the way of one plane-two pins is calculated as an example. The mathematical model can be employed to evaluate the machining accuracy for computer-aided fixture design.
