摘要
原子荧光法测汞时实验条件对分析结果影响很大 ,该文通过对灯电流、硼氢化钾浓度、炉高等工作条件的研究,确定了原子荧光法测汞的最 佳工作条件,通过标准样品的实际分析,验证了方法的准确度和精密度,在实际工作中具有 重要的指导意义。
The experimental conditions have great influence on analytical results when mercury is determined through atomic fluorescence spect rum.The optimal experimental conditions are ascertained after the study on expe rimental conditions such as light current.、KBH4 concentration、oven height et c is carried out in this paper.Analytical accuracy and precision were validated through analysis of standard and realistic samples,which is of great instructio nal significance in routine analytical works.
