The advanced element of the society are those who are ploitically progressive,work hard,accomplish much and make outstanding contribution.It has theoretical and practical significance to attach importance to the idelogical education of the advanced element,to study the essential counter-measures of educating them,as well as to the social progress and to the development of human resources.
