以甲醇为溶剂 ,在 70℃ ,3 .0MPa苯丙酮酸经Raney Ni催化氢化反应 1h得到了β 苯基乳酸的白色针状结晶 ,收率 91 % ,转化率 91 %。并解析了 β
White needled crystal of β-phenyllactic acid was obtained by catalytic hydrogenation of phenylpyruvic acid in methanol at 70℃ and 3.0MPa for 1h in the presence of Raney-Ni catalyst. The yield and conversion were 91% and 91%, respectively. Infrared spectra and mass spectra of β-phenyllactic acid were also discussed.
