混凝土面层与贫混凝土基层的层间作用对荷载应力和弯沉的影响 被引量:36

摘要 采用层间接触模型进行了三维有限元分析,并根据弯沉结果提出了用弯沉盆形状系数表征的结合系数,比较了应力有限元解和等刚度法的差别。研究了层间剪应力的分布和摩阻系数对路面状态的影响,最后分析了板的翘曲变形和尺寸效应的影响。初步分析结果表明:混凝土面层与贫混凝土基层之间为半结合状态,并非理想的结合式或分离式,建议对贫混凝土基层的应力进行20%~40%的修正。 In this article, a contact model is used to simulate the interaction in threedimensional finite element analysis, a interaction factor is put forward based on the deflection result, and the difference of stress is compared between the finite element method and the method of transformed sections.In addition, the distribution of interfacial shear stress is investigated,together with the influence of coefficient of friction to pavement state. Finally, the influence of warping and size effect is discussed. Primary conclusion indicate that the condition between concrete pavement and lean concrete base is halfbonded state. Authors suggest to revise the stress of lean concrete base by 20%~40%.
