摘要
探讨网络环境下参考文献的功能及其实现。
The development of computer and network techniques not only enlarges and deepens the fun-tions of references, but also presents the challanges to their realization. Under networked environment, the real-ization of reference functions needs some guarantees as follows: the accuracy perfectness and stardardization of record items, the stability and availabitity of original information, the creation of related laws and regulations.
