摘要
基于振动的蚕茧无损检测方法的基本原理,是通过测试蚕蛹振动的能量特征值来闻接得到蚕蛹的重量.在测试过程中每次测量的结果差异较大,简单的数据处理方法会给确定振动参数指标带来困难.从统计的观点出发,分析了蚕蛹振动的特点,检验了蚕蛹振动数据的分布形式,推出了在满足一定精度条件下必需的测量次数.
