缺血性脑损伤与神经元再生

摘要 神经干细胞是近几年来神经科学领域研究的热点.脑血管疾病是人类致死、致残的最主要原因.文章综述了神经干细胞在成人脑内分布,脑缺血后内元性神经干细胞再生的时间规律、新生神经元的移行和分化特点,并且介绍了缺血性脑损伤后神经元再生的可能机制.
