摘要
回顾和总结了海洋钢结构疲劳可靠性定量预测技术的进展进程,将海洋石油钢结构疲劳可靠性预测技术分为两大类.第一类为概率可靠性评价方法,包括一阶二矩法、改进的二阶矩法、数值模拟法和寿命分布法等概率分析方法;第二类为模糊及概率疲劳可靠性预测方法,包括数学规划法、参数离散法和模糊数值模拟法.文中对预测技术的适用性作了系统的评述.
The paper reviews the recent development of the prediction techniques for fatigue reliability assessment of offshore structures and discusses its applications. The prediction techniques are classified into two kinds. The first kind is probabilistic methods, such as first-order second-moment, advanced second-moment, fatigue life distribution and numerical simulation. The second kind is fuzzy mathematics methods, which may be applied to treat both random factors and fuzzy factors in the prediction of fatigue behavior of offshore structures.
