蛇毒抗高凝状态酶抑制小鼠肝癌H22生长作用的实验研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的 探讨蛇毒抗高凝状态酶 (AHCSE)对实验性BALB/C小鼠抗肿瘤 (H2 2肝癌 )的作用。方法 小鼠皮下接种小鼠肝癌H2 2后 ,待肿瘤长成 10mm3 左右分别经腹腔注射AHCSE、5 Fu和肝素 ,每天 1次 ,连续 10天 ,观察瘤重、瘤重抑制率、瘤体积、瘤体积抑瘤率和脾指数。结果 AHCSE有显著的抗肿瘤作用 (P <0 .0 1) ,抗肿瘤效果与 5 Fu接近 ,但副作用较小 ,而肝素效果不佳 ;AHCSE组的脾系数有显著增高。结论 AHCSE有显著抗肿瘤作用 。 Objective To research the inhibitory effects of antihypercoagulability state enzyme 、5-fluorouracil and heparin on the hepatocarcinoma of mouse. Methods Hepatic cancer H22 model of mice was made through cubcutanousl inoculation. AHCSE, 5-Fu and heparin were injected differently into via abdominal cavity once a day for 10 days successively when tumor grew to 0.5 cm to observe the weight, volume, tumor inhibition index, spleen body ratio and analyze the result statistically by the least significant difference t-test at the 5% level of significance.Results AHCSE had obvious inhibition against hepatic cancer (P<0.01) with slight side effects but it's inhibition effect was a little inferior to 5-Fu. Heparin's inhabition effect was not satisfactory. Conclusion AHCSE has obvious inhibition against hepatic cancer and it's mechanism is associated with activating immune system.
