摘要
目的 研究氯菊酯、ES-生物丙烯菊酯、乙酰甲胺磷、残杀威4种作用机制不同的杀虫剂复配处理衣服对蜱的防护效果。方法 直接接触。结果 草原革蜱和青海血蜱分别接触被处理的衣服9 min和5 min,死亡率达100％,麻点璃眼蜱和血红扇头蜱接触15 min,死亡率达100％。4种蜱接触被处理的衣服1 min后,青海血蜱2 h的死亡率达100％,其它3种蜱7 h死亡率达100％。结论 该复配杀虫剂处理衣服对硬蜱有很好的防护效果。
Objective To study the protection of clothing treated with mixed formulation of permethrin、ES-biollethrin、 acephate、Sunside against ticks. Methods Direct touch. Results The mortalities of D. nuttalli and H. qinghaiensis were 100% after touching the treated clothing within 9 and 5 minutes respectively. The mortalities of H. rufipes and Rh. San-guineas were 100% after touching the treated clothing within 15 minutes. Four kinds of ticks touched the treated clothing for 1 minute, the mortality of H. qinghaiensis was 100% within 2 hours. The mortalities of other 3 kinds of ticks were 100% within 7 hours. Conclusion The clothing treated with mixed formulation of 4 insecticides had good effect for protection against ticks.
