摘要
目的 :探讨中西医结合治疗胃溃疡的临床疗效。方法 :胃溃疡 88例随机分为两组 ,对照组 4 3例采用西药治疗 ,治疗组采用安胃汤合西药治疗。结果 :治疗组总有效率为 95 6 % ,对照组总有效率为 86 1% (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :中西医治疗胃溃疡疗效优于纯西药治疗。
Objective:To observe the clinic effects of An wei tang and western medicne to the gastric ulcer.Methods:88 case with the disease were randomly divided into 2 groups.45 cases in the observation group were given An wei tang and western medicne.43 cases in the control group were only western medicine.Results:The total effective rates of the observation group were 95.6%,and the control group were 86.1%(P<0.05).Conclusions:An wei tang and western medicne in the observation group has better effects than the control group only given western medicine.
