摘要
研究了以乙酸钙为催化剂的月桂醇乙氧基化反应。与用氢氧化钠催化剂相比,所得产物的分子量分布明显变窄,月桂醇的转化率提高,副产物聚乙二醇的含量在高加成数时两者相近。研究了温度、压力、催化剂用量对反应速度和产物组成的影响。用GC-MS联用和GC分别对产物进行定性、定量分析。
This article studies the ethoxylation of lauryl alcohol using calcium acetate as catalyst. Compared with conventional sodium hydroxide catalyst used in industry, the product obtained has an apparent narrow molecular-weight distribution and high conversion of lauryl alcohol. when the addition number of ethylene oxide is high, the content of polyethylene glycol by-product in the product is nearly the same for both catalysts. The influence of temperature, pressure and the quantity of catalyst on the rate of reaction and the quality of product is studied too. The components of the product are qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed by GC-MS and GC.
