摘要
用喷涂方法研制了应用在蒽氧化制蒽醌V_2O_5-TiO_2型表面涂层催化剂。发现催化剂中V_2O_5含量及碱金属盐对催化剂性能有较大影响。该催化剂在反应温度390℃、空速1000h^(-1)、原料气蒽浓度30—40g/m^3、空气条件下,蒽醌收率106.1w%(原料经折纯),产品纯度98.4%。催化剂工业放大制备重复性好,1000小时寿命实验表明:该催化剂性能稳定。催化剂在使用过程须再生,再生周期以15天为宜,再生后的催化剂,可以完全恢复活性。
A catalyst consisting essentially of V_2O_5-TiO_2 on SiC for the preparation of anthraquinone by vapor phase oxidation of anthracene with air in a fixed bed reactor was developed. At a temperature of 390℃, a space velocity of 1000 hr^(-1) and a gas concentration of 30—40 g anthracene/1000 liter air, an anthraquinone yield of 106. 1%was obtained, when the space rate was changed to 800 hr^(-1) and 2000 hr^(-1), no decrease in quality and yield was observed. It sheuld be mentioned that the catalyst should be periodically activated.
