摘要
采用复合燃料供给方式 ,在一台增压柴油机上分别进行了 LPG-柴油双燃料和 CNG-柴油双燃料掺烧特性试验研究。对比分析了 LPG-柴油双燃料和 CNG-柴油双燃料不同掺烧比时的碳烟、NOx、CO、HC排放和燃料经济性。两种双燃料的相同之处是随着掺烧比的增大 ,碳烟排放显著下降 ,NOx 排放基本相同 ,HC排放增加较多 ,CO排放先增后略减 ;大、满负荷下 ,燃料消耗率先减后略有回升 ;小负荷下 ,燃料消耗率略增。两种双燃料的不同之处是 CNG-柴油双燃料的最大掺烧比较大 ,排放变化的幅度略有不同。
With help of dual-fuel supply,this paper carries out the co-combustion characteristics test study on a supercharged diesel engine fueled with LPG diesel dual fuel or CNG diesel dual fuel respectively.It studies exhaust emissions,such as smoke,CO,HC and NO x,and specific fuel consumption.The similar results of the two kinds of dual fuel show that with the rise of co combustion ratio,smoke greatly reduced, NO x hardly changed,HC greatly increased,and CO increased at first and slightly reduced at last,and that specific fuel consumption is slightly increased under light load,and reduced at first and slightly re raised at last under large and full loads.The different results of the two kinds of dual fuel show that the largest co combustion ratios of CNG diesel dual fuel are larger than that of LPG diesel dual fuel,the changing values of exhaust emissions are slightly different.
