研究表明 ,低温 ( 5℃ )逆境处理 0~ 30min甘蓝体内的MDA、脯氨酸、可溶性糖、ABA含量和PK活性等指标在较短的时间内都有明显上升 ,然后下降。ABA含量和PK活性的峰值早于其他指标 ,同时低温逆境引起的PK活性对Ca2 + 的存在有明显的依赖性 ,Mn2 + 、Mg2 + 对其活性也有明显影响 ,且这两种离子的影响机制可能不同。低温逆境信号引起 2 2
The contents of MDA,proline,soluble sugar,ABA,and the a ctivity of PK in Brassica oleracea L.rose remarkably in a short time at 5℃, then went down.And the peak of ABA content and the PK activity were prior to oth er indexes.Low temperature,first of all,caused the activity of PK and the co ntent of endogenesis ABA increase through some signal matter.Then,activated or p rohibited some genes expressing,and at last it caused the content of other matte r rising remarkably.The activity of PK had an apparently reliance on Ca 2+ ,Mn 2+ and Mg 2+ had obvious effect on the PK activity,too.The mechan ism of the two ions to PK might be different.A kind of phosphoprotein (22 9 kD) caused by low temperature stress was separated.
