摘要
本文建立了丁子香酚在番茄和土壤中的高效液相色谱残留分析方法。该方法仪器最低检出量为3×10-10g,最低检出浓度为0.003mg/kg,平均回收率为93.2%~112.5%.变异系数为1.2%~14.0%。
A HPLCmethod was developed to determine residue of eugenol in tomato and soil by HPLC.The lowest detection limit of instrument for eugenol was3 × 10 -10 g.The lowest detecting concentration was0.003mg/kg.The average recoveries and coefficients of variation of this method were93.2%~112.5%and1.2%~14.0% ,respectively.
