摘要 5 -氨基乙酰丙酸 (5-aminolevulinicacid ,简称ALA ;分子式NH2 CH2 COCH2 CH2 COOH ;分子量 13 1.13 )是生物合成四吡咯的前体 ,而四吡咯是构成生物体必不可少的物质。ALA又是一种光动力学药 ,用于皮肤癌的防治 ,而且是一种无公害的兼有除草、杀虫、抗菌、植物生长调节、落叶等综合功能的绿色农用化学品。本文将对近年来国外采用化学法和生物转化合成ALA的文献进行综述 。 Aminolevulinic Acid (ALA;Molecular formula:NH 2CH 2COCH 2CH 2COOH;Molecular weight:131.13),the essential precursor of tetrapyrrol biosynthesis,the essential material of organism.ALA is a photodynamic medicine,used to fight against skin cancer.Also a new type of green agriculture chemical,used as insecticide,herbicide,plant growth regulator and so on.A brief introduction of the advances,including biological and chemical synthesis of ALA was summarized in this paper,Comments and suggestions were made on the research and development in this area.
