摘要 目的 探讨耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌 (MRSA)耐药基因的存在状况。 方法 用聚合物酶链反应 (PCR)法检测TEM、OXA、SHV、mecA、ermA B C、ermF、mefA、tetM、aac6′ aph2”、vanA、vanB、vanC1、vanC2 C3等耐药基因。 结果 MRSA菌检出TEM、mecA、ermA B C、tetM、aac6′ aph2”等 5种耐药基因。 Objective To invetigate the conditions of resistance genes in methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) . Methods The resistance genes (TEM,OXA,SHV,mecA,ermA/B/C,ermF,mefA,tetM,aac6′/aph2″,vanA,vanB,vanC1,vanC2/C3) of MRSA were detected by polymerase chain reaction(PCR). Results Five kinds of resistance genes(TEM,mecA,ermA/B/C,tetM,aac6′/aph2″) in MRSA were positive. Conclusion MRSA is the bacteria of multi-resistant drug.
