摘要
本研究用成年大鼠9只,在左心室前壁肌层内,6例注入20%~40%HRP 生理盐水溶液12~16μl,3例注射 CB-HRP 10μl。取双侧胸_(1~3)脊神经节和结状神经节,切片应用 HRP(TMB 反应)和免疫组织化学 PAP 法(第Ⅰ抗体为抗 Sp 血清)相结合方法显色。在双侧胸_(1~3)脊神经节和双侧结状神经节内,观察到3种标记细胞:HRP 阳性细胞、Sp-IR 细胞以及 HRP 阳性和P 物质阳性的双重标记细胞。脊神经节和结状神经节内的双标细胞说明,心壁内 Sp-IR 阳性神经纤维部分来源于脊神经节和结状神经节,而发起这些纤维的神经元中含有 P 物质,其功能可能与传导心脏的痛觉有关。同时也证实,心交感传入纤维的主要功能是传导痛觉。结状神经节内极少数的双标细胞,能否被认为是部分心副交感传人纤维参与心痛觉冲动的传导,尚有待进一步研究。
We Injecte(?) 12-16 μl 20—40% HRP in normal sanne into the myocardium or
the anterior wall of the left ventricle in six rats and 10 μl choleragenoid-horsera-
dish peroxidase conjugate(CB-HRP)in three rats.The Th1-3 DRG and the nodose
ganglia of both side were removed.The sections of these ganglia were proceeded by
the TMB chromogentic reaction for HRP and immunohistochemical reaction(the first
antibody is the substance P antiserum).There are three types of labeled cells——the
HRP labeled cells.Sp-IR cells,and HRP-Sp-IR double labeled cells were observed
in the Th1-3 DRG and nodose ganglia of both side.The parts of Sp-IR nerve fib-
ers in the heart wall originate from the DRG and nodose ganglia and these neurons
projecting the HRP-Sp-IR nerve fiber contained substanse P.Their functions may be
related to the pain(nociceptive)sensation of the heart.This study may also be a
evidence of the main function of the cardiac sympathetic afferent fiber is the con-
duction of the pain sensation.A few of HRP-Sp-IR double labeled cells in the
nodose ganglion observed suggest that the cardiac parasympathetic afferent fiber
may participate in conduction of the pain sensation.This question requires further
study.
