摘要
研制高精度的传动进给系统是精密磨削加工中的关键问题,借此可以精确控制磨削深度和实现蜗杆回转误差的补偿通过对陶瓷摩擦盘的精密磨削实验。
The drive screw system with high precision is the key in precision grinding.It can not only accurately control the grinding depth but also compensate the turn errors of the swivel table.The effects of the grinding speed on the surface quality of workpieces were analyzed with the equipments.
