为了实现整个社会经济的可持续发展，需要充分利用发展知识经济这一机会，在经济发展的同时，要保持生态平衡和以人为中心的社会发展，例如，有效利用知识网络；大力发展知识产业；发展绿色技术，提高环保产业知识化水平；
In order to realize the sustainable economic development of the whole society, we should make full use of knowledge economy, keeping the ecological balance and taking human as centre. The measures include making effective use of knowledge internet to develop knowledge economy and ecological industries, upgrading the knowledging level, and exploiting human resource, etc.
