摘要
Q4413菌株系北京棒状杆菌1134衍生物与枯草芽孢杆菌151衍生物的原生质体的融合株。Q4413株培养在甜菜(糖蜜含糖量12.6%)、K_2HPO_40.15%、MgSO_40.04%、玉米浆1.2%、(NH)_4)_4SO_44%,VH、VB分别为50μg/dl培养基的小型发酵罐内,pH6.5~7.2,30~32℃,发酵75小时。pH值由氨水调节,发酵过程补加糖3.6%。平均产L-赖氨酸6.5%,平均转化率40.2%。 Q4413融合株遗传性能稳定,是一株具有王业生产价值的菌株。
The Strain Q4413 was obtained by the protoplast fusion between Bacillus subtilis BR151 derivative and Corynebacterium Pekinese 1134 derivative. The Strain Q4413 was cultivated with a medium containing initial sugar of beet molasses 12.6%, K2HPO4 0.15%, MgSO4 0.04%, corn steep liquor 1.2%, (NH4)2SO4 4%, vitamin H and vitamin B1 50μg/dl respectively, pH6.5-7.2, at 30-32℃ for 75 hours in small fermenter. Fermentation pH was controled with (NH4)2SO4 solution. Sugar 3.6% was supplemented during fermentation. The average yield of L-Lysine was 6.5% and the average conversion rate of sugar to L-Lysine was 40.2%.The result of study showed Key words: Fusion stmin, L-Lysing production the genetic characteristics of the fusion strain Q4413 was stable. It is a industrial valuable strain with high L-Lysine productivily.
