摘要
本文扼要介绍谷胱甘肽在医药、食品领域的应用,并探讨了用纸层析法、差热分析法、紫外吸收法、高效液相色谱法测定谷胱甘肽。实验表明,方法具有良好的重现性。
This paper offered preliminary introduce the application of glutathione to medicine and food ,and investigated the determination of glutathione by paper chromatography, DSC,UV and HPLC. The experiment results showed that the reproducibility of method is excellent.
