摘要
模拟分析了 70钢表面氧化层厚度、氧化层的基本构成以及氧化层与基体的结合强度 ,为准确定位高速线材的控冷工艺 ,优化酸洗 。
By means of a simulator test this paper analyzes the thickness,structure of 70 Steel scale and its bonding strength with the body.These results can be used to determine optimal parameters for control cooling and pickling so as to improve the surface quality of the hot-rolled wire.
