With economic globalization and quickening update of global household electric appliance,enterprise competition is turning to all-round one from partial one,to intrnational one from domestic one.And Enterprises enter into a period of strategic transition with industry structure similar,surplus products,technological innovation and rearrangement of assets.Along with market competition intensifying,it is calling for immediate solution how to accelerate technology upgrading and product structural adjustment according to competition current situation and the change of industrial structure,and how to push strategy transition of enterprises by seeking the special development space.
