摘要
本科生导师制作为一种特有的育人模式在我国高校多有试行,但仍没有提升到制度层面来建设,带有较大的随意性。素质教育理念的确立、完全学分制的推行和中国本科教育品牌的打造,使得本科生导师制的制度化有了坚实的现实基础。更重要的是,学分制和导师制是一对“孪生子”,是互为支撑的教学管理制度。没有导师制,完全学分制的推广就没有保障。本科生导师制制度化建设包括盘活导师资源、健全配套制度、争取国家政策法规支持等。
Undergraduate education, a special educational system for cultivating talents, has been carried out in some Chinese universities,since it has not been constructed as a system,there is much random in it. The establishment of the ideology of quality education, the promotion of total credit system and the creation of top educational brand for Chinese undergraduate education have laid a solid basis for the institutionalization of tutorial system. More important, the two teaching management systems, the credit system and the tutorial system are like twins, supporting each other. Without tutorial system, total credit system would lose the assurance in its own promotion. The key points in institutionalization are; first,activating the source of tutors, second, perfecting supporting systems, last, winning support from national policies and laws.
