摘要
利用冲液装置进行了镍锰合金的脉冲电铸试验,并对电铸层的锰含量、晶粒尺寸和显微硬度进行了测试,结果表明电铸层的晶粒可达到纳米级。分析讨论了电流密度和脉冲参数对电铸层锰含量、晶粒尺寸和显微硬度的影响规律。
The electroformed Ni--Mn alloy has agood application foreground because of its specific perfor-mance. In this paper, pulse electroforming of Ni--Mn al-loy was tested by using the device with flushing elec-trolyte. Mn content, the crystallite size and microhard-ness of the electroformed alloy layers were tested. Theresults show that the grain sizes of the layers are reduceddown to the order of nanometer. The effects of currentdensity and pulse parameters on Mn content, the grainsize and microhardness of the layers have been discussed.
