摘要
目前,重庆市高新技术产业布局存在区域发展极不平衡、领域结构与战略重点不协调等诸多问题。应形成信息、生物、环保工程三大先导和传统产业高技术改造、新材料领域适度发展两个重点的高新技术产业发展格局;同时应加快构建"点-轴-面"有机结合的"十"字型高新技术产业空间布局。
The industrial distribution of high-technology of Chongqing has problems in imbalance of regional development and non-coordination of industrial structure and strategic importance. Three industries of information and bioengineering and environment protection and two important fields of high-technology reform of traditional industry and new materials should be formed. The shape of '十' of space distribution of high-technology with organic combination of 'spot-axis-plane' should be constructed.
