摘要
利用偶联剂KH 5 70与纳米二氧化硅 (nano SiO2 )颗粒进行化学反应 ,可以将CHCH2 基团引入颗粒表面。采用超声波分散方法将其分散在含有甲基丙烯酸甲酯 (MMA)的乙酸乙酯和甲苯 (体积比为 1∶1)组成的混合溶液中 ,加入过氧化苯甲酰 (BPO)引发MMA与nano SiO2 颗粒表面上带有的CHCH2 基团发生聚合 ,制备出PMMA/nano SiO2 纳米复合材料。利用DSC、TGA及可见光光谱仪等实验手段表征了MMA/nano SiO2 纳米复合材料的结构。研究结果表明 ,nano SiO2 颗粒在复合材料中起着物理交联点和化学交联点作用。随着nano SiO2 含量的增加 ,复合材料玻璃化温度升高 ,耐热性能有所提高 ,透明度明显降低。
When nano-SiO 2 particles were treated with silane coupling agent(KH-570), the groups of CH CH 2 were grafted on the surface of nano-SiO 2 particles successfully. By using ultrasonic dispersing method, the nano-SiO 2 particles mixed with MMA and BPO were dissolved in solvents of ethyl acetate/toluene with the volume ratio of 1/1. PMMA/nano-SiO 2 nanocomposites were synthesized. The samples were characterized by DSC, TGA and Vis spcetroscopy. It was noted that the silica particles acted as crosslinking points in the PMMA matrix. The thermal stability and the glass transition temperature of the nanocomposites increased with the increasing of nano-SiO 2 amount. The transparences of PMMA/nano-SiO 2 nanocomposites, however, decreased with the increasing of nano-SiO 2 amount.
