摘要
目的 建立反相高效液相色谱法测定四逆散抗抑郁有效部位中甘草酸含量的方法。方法 选用YWG C18色谱柱 (2 5 0mm× 4 .6mm ,10 μm) ,甲醇 - 0 2mol/L醋酸铵溶液 -冰醋酸 (6 7∶ 33∶1)为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 5 0nm ,柱温 :室温 ,对甘草酸进行含量测定。结果 甘草酸进样量在0 10~ 0 5 0 μg与其峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系 ,r =0 .9996 ,平均加样回收率为 10 1 71% ,RSD =1 73% (n =5 )。结论 本方法简便、准确、可靠 。
Objective To establish a method for quantitative determination of glycyrrhizic acid in the antidepressive fraction of Sini Powder by RP-HPLC. Methods YWG-C 18 chromatographic column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 10 μm) was chosen, the mobile phase was methanol-0.2 mol/L ammonium acetate-glacial acetic acid (67∶33∶1), the detection wavelength was 250 nm, and the column was at a room temperature. Results There was a good linear relationship between the quantities of the sample of glycyrrhizic acid (0.10 μg to 0.50 μg) and the peak areas (r=0.9996), and the average recovery was 101.71%, (RSD=1.73%, n=5). Conclusion This method is simple, accurate and reliable, and can be used to control the quality of the antidepressive fraction of Sini Powder.
