挤出温度对开孔型橡塑多孔材料性能的影响 被引量:2

EFFECT OF PROCESSING TEMPERATURE IN EXTRUDING ON OPEN-CELLED POROUS MATERIAL FOR RUBBER THERMOPLASTIC BLENDS

摘要 研究了挤出温度对开孔型橡塑多孔材料性能的影响。结果显示 :挤出机均化段温度和机头温度是影响多孔材料性能的关键因素 ;多孔材料的拉伸强度及断裂伸长率随挤出机均化段温度的变化曲线均显现出极小值 ;多孔材料的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率随挤出机机头温度的升高呈现降低趋势 ; In this paper, the effects of the processing temperatureon the properties of open celled porous materialfor rubber thermoplastic blends were discussed.The temperature of extruding calculated sectionand head are keys of effect on properties for porous material. The tensile strength and elongation at break of porous material changed curves with the temperature of extruding calculate sectionhave minimal value, and they both decreased with increasing of the temperature in extruding head, while the modulus curve changed with the temperature in extruding headhas maximal value.
