摘要
考察了反应温度、反应压力、进料空速对浆态床合成二甲醚反应过程的影响,结果表明,在245~300℃范围内,随着反应温度的升高,一氧化碳转化率、二甲醚选择性和时空收率逐渐增加,在265℃时达到最大值后开始下降;在3.0~5.0MPa范围内,随压力的升高,一氧化碳转化率、二甲醚选择性和时空收率逐渐增加;在700~2500h-1范围内,一氧化碳转化率、二甲醚选择性随空速的增加而逐渐减小,空速以1200h-1为宜。
The influences of reaction temperature,pressure,and space velocity of raw material on the synthesis of dimethyl ether from syngas in slurry bed are studied. The results show that within the temperature range of 245~300℃, the conversion rate of CO, the selectivity of dimethyl ether, and the yield of unit time and volume increase along with the temperature increasing first, then reach the maximum values at 265℃ and decrease; within the pressure range of 3.0~5.0MPa, the conversion rate of CO, the selectivity of dimethyl ether, and the yield of unit time and volume increase along with the pressure increasing; within the space velocity range of 700~2500h -1 , the conversion rate of CO and the selectivity of dimethyl ether decrease along with the space velocity increasing, and the suitable space velocity is 1200 h -1 .
