摘要
在药物安全评价的长期毒性试验中,通常要提供动物脏器重量和脏器系数(脏器重/体重)的统计学检验结果。由于药物的影响,动物体重可能变化较大,这使得脏器系数的意义受到很大影响。用另一种脏器系数(脏器重/脑重)表达药物毒作用对脏器的影响能克服体重变化的不足。笔者对脏器重量和2种脏器系数(脏器重/体重、脏器重/脑重)优缺点进行了比较和计论。
Animal organ/body weight ratio was usually required in long-term toxicity test for drug safety evaluation. Changes in body weight were subject to drug toxicity,and the significance of the ratio was greatly influenced. In the other hand,organ/brain weight ratio can also be used to represent the effect of drug toxicity on organs,and can overcome this influence. The superiorities and shortcomings of organ/body weight ratio and organ/brain weight ratio were compared and discussed in this paper.
