摘要
随着国家信息化建设的快速发展,高等教育信息化建设也在稳步推进,并取得了一定的成就。但在领导体制、管理模式等方面还存在一些问题,影响着效率的发挥。因此,从管理体制、CIO设置、统筹规划、科学运作、资金投入、人才培训、信息开发、科学评估等方面,探索上述要素在高等教育信息化建设中的作用,建立一个良好的信息化建设运行机制,确保高等教育信息化的整体推进,对于高等教育信息化发展至关重要。
With a rapid development of national informationalization construction, higher education informationaliza-tion construction is also under steady progress and achievements have been made in this. But problems exist in leadership regime, management model, etc. , which has impacted upon the function of efficiency. Therefore, the function of such factors as management regime, CIO setting, thorough planning, scientific operation, fund placement, personnel training, information development, scientific assess, etc. should be probed in higher education informationalization construction, and its of great importance for higher education informationalization development to build a good operation mechanism of informationalization construction to ensure a whole improvement of higher education informationalization.
