摘要
针对目前后张有粘结预应力混凝土工程普遍采用的水泥基灌浆材料 ,采用有效的测试方法 ,对其塑性及硬化阶段的变形行为进行了全过程的试验研究与分析。在此基础上 ,研制出专用的高性能灌浆外加剂JM HF ,有效改善了灌浆料的体积稳定性。通过对浆体微观水化产物及孔结构的研究 ,探讨了该外加剂的作用机理。
According to cement-base grouting materials commonly adopted in current post-tension cohesive prestressed concrete projects,authors used effective test methods to study and analyze their entire deformation behavior in elastic and hardening stage.Base on these,they developed a specific high-performance grouting additive,JM-HF,which can effectively improve the volume stability of grouting materials.They also studied microscopic hydration products and hole structures of grouting materials,and discuss the action mechanism of this additive in this article.
